Since June, many real estate optimisation policies have been issued, mainly focusing on reducing down payment ratios, optimising provident funds, and optimising purchase restrictions.
The content and scope of the policies is wider and stronger than in previous years.
Yan Yuejin, research director of Shanghai E-House Real Estate Research Institute, said that it is now a critical period for real estate companies to focus on sales, especially when the sales data from April to May is poor, and the housing purchase policy in June should give more support. Overall, subsequent policies are expected to be easy, and new policies are expected to be introduced in June.
Some policy tools may exceed the scope of conventional tools in the past.
