Tinci Materials announced that the wholly-owned subsidiary Jiujiang Tinci and Central Glass Co. jointly invested in the establishment of a Sino-foreign joint venture Tinci China Nitrate (Jiujiang) New Material Co., with a registered capital of 450 million yuan.
The joint venture will produce lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) concentrate with an annual production capacity of 150,000 mt. The annual solvent production capacity is 70,000 mt.
