The Implementation Opinion of the General Office of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government on Comprehensively Promoting Urban Renewal was released, which will come into effect on June 12, 2023 and will be valid until December 31, 2035. By 2023, an urban renewal system with Hangzhou characteristics will be basically formed, and a number of replicable and replicable urban renewal pilot projects will be created. By 2025, a series of urban renewal achievements and implementation models will be formed, and a number of landmark urban renewal demonstration projects will be organised.
