The Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen released the Shenzhen Housing Development 2023 Annual Implementation Plan on May 9. It is proposed that in 2023, Shenzhen plans to supply 330 hectares of residential land, including 125 hectares of land for subsidised housing and 205 hectares of land for commercial housing. In 2023, Shenzhen plans to approve 60,000 units of pre-sold and ready-to-sell commercial housing with a floor area of approximately 6 million square metres. In addition, it is planned to supply and distribute 80,000 sets  (rooms) of subsidised housing with a floor area of approximately 4.19 million square metres in 2023.
