According to data released by the International Molybdenum Association (IMOA) on May 5, global molybdenum consumption increased in 2022, while molybdenum production declined. China was still the world's largest producer and consumer of molybdenum.
According to data released by the International Molybdenum Association (IMOA) on May 5, global molybdenum consumption increased in 2022, while molybdenum production declined. China was still the world's largest producer and consumer of molybdenum.
China's molybdenum production in 2022 stood at 112,800 mt, a year-on-year increase of 12%; China's molybdenum consumption stood at 121,970 mt, a year-on-year increase of 9%.
