SHANGHAI, Sep 1 (SMM) – Recently, many regions in Sichuan Province have saw rainfalls and a sharp drop in the temperature. Thanks to further increase in the water level, the hydropower generation capacity has returned to normal, and the power supply crunch has basically eased. Thus, Sichuan has decided to cancel the Level II energy supply emergency response from 24:00 on August 31.
