Yahua Group: Signs Lithium Spodumene Ore Purchase and Sales Agreement

On March 13th, Yahua Group announced that its subsidiary, Yahua International, signed a "Purchase and Sales Agreement" with DMCC Company to purchase lithium spodumene ore from 2024 to 2028. The first delivery in 2024 will be no less than 15,000 tons, with annual deliveries from 2025 to 2028 totaling no less than 125,000 tons. The product price will be determined based on an agreed pricing method.
