Zhu Min, director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, introduced that recently, Shanghai issued the Shanghai Action Plan on Promoting the High-Quality Development of The International Cruise Economy (2023-2025), which includes two parts, namely, work objectives and work measures.
