US to Purchase Oil in June to Supplement Strategic Petroleum Reserve

US Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm said that the sale authorized by Congress will be completed next month and the United States Department of Energy may start buying back oil for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).
