SHANGHAI, Apr 26 (SMM) - Eleven government departments, including the National Standardization Management Committee, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, recently jointly issued the Guidelines for the Construction of Carbon Peak Carbon & Neutrality Standard System.
