China HRC Stocks up 7.78% from before Holiday

The total inventory of HRC across social warehouses and steel makers in China stood at 3.37 million mt as of October 13, up 243,000 mt or 7.78% from before the National Day holiday (September 29), a decrease of 10.35% on the year.
