Recently, Yipusi Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. completed the manufacturing and testing of a batch of CO₂ electrolyzer systems and key parts, which were exported through the Shanghai port and delivered to European customers. The equipment will be used in the customer's carbon dioxide capture and conversion demonstration system, covering technical routes such as CO₂ electroreduction (CO₂RR) and direct air capture (DAC) + CO₂ conversion.
The core equipment delivered this time includes:
- CO₂ Electrolyzer: Capable of electrochemical conversion of CO₂ to CO/syngas, adaptable to different catalysts and operating conditions;
- System Materials and Structural Components: Including corrosion-resistant materials such as flow field structures and stack support components, meeting long-term operational requirements;
- Supporting Parts and Accessories: Such as interface components, fasteners, etc., facilitating customer system integration.
Before leaving the factory, the equipment underwent standardized inspections in multiple stages, including appearance, electrical properties, and pressure resistance, and was packaged in reinforced wooden crates to ensure transportation safety. The system features engineering advantages such as modular scalability, compatibility with various membrane systems, stable operation, and integration-friendliness, making it suitable for different project stages from laboratory to engineering scale.
At the same time, Yipusi Energy has established a standardized international delivery process (including quality inspection, packaging, documentation, logistics, etc.). This delivery signifies that its CO₂ electrolysis equipment engineering, international delivery capabilities, and DAC system support capabilities have gained overseas recognition, and it will assist European customers in implementing carbon capture and conversion projects.
