On December 16, 2025, multiple steel mills in Yunnan Province issued announcements regarding price adjustments for rebar, using HRB400E Ф20 as the benchmark. The price for Ф20 specification remains unchanged, while the Ф18 specification is raised by 200 yuan/mt, and all other specifications are raised by 100 yuan/mt. SMM closely follows market changes and has adjusted the representative price for the Kunming market in the national rebar price index from HRB400E Ф18 to HRB400E Ф20.
