The mainstream spot order ex-works quotations including tax were at discounts of 50~0 yuan/mt against the SMM #1 lead average price, while the ex-works quotations for refined lead excluding tax were 15,700~15,850 yuan/mt. Downstream battery producers maintained just-in-time procurement, with some increasing purchase enthusiasm due to concerns about future price increases. The procurement sentiment for secondary refined lead was 2.8 today, while the sales sentiment was 1.6 (historical data can be queried in the database).
