To implement the outcomes and consensus reached in the China-US economic and trade consultations, and in accordance with the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, other relevant laws and regulations, and the basic principles of international law, approved by the State Council, the tariff hike measures stipulated in the "Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Imposing Additional Tariffs on Imports Originating from the United States" (Announcement No. 4 of 2025 of the Customs Tariff Commission) will be adjusted starting from 13:01 on November 10, 2025. The 24% additional tariff rate on imports from the US will continue to be suspended for one year, while the 10% additional tariff rate on imports from the US will be retained.
