On October 16, 2025, the China CRRC Modern Industry Chain Integration Development Co-Chain Initiative Conference was held in Changchun, Jilin. Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Governor Hu Yuting attended the event. Themed "New Quality Leads the Way, Central-Local Coordination, Chain-Driven Hydrogen Energy, Co-Chain Co-Construction," the conference focused on cross-chain collaboration across three major industry chains: rail transit equipment, clean energy equipment, and hydrogen energy. It aimed to establish an open, shared, mutually beneficial, and win-win platform to support the construction of a modern industrial system and the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China. Guohong Hydrogen Energy, as an important partner of China CRRC, was invited to participate.
At the conference, Guohong Hydrogen Energy, together with the lead unit CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. and 10 other enterprises, universities, and research institutes from the chain, jointly established the "Jilin Province Hydrogen Energy Industry Technology Innovation Consortium". The consortium will focus on complementary advantages and collaborative innovation, building a long-term, stable community of shared interests. It will address product R&D, key technology innovation, and industrialisation needs, break through technological bottlenecks in industrial development, establish common technology platforms, cultivate innovative talent, accelerate technology promotion and application as well as the industrialisation process, and drive the growth and strengthening of the hydrogen energy industry.
Simultaneously, Guohong Hydrogen Energy signed the co-chain initiative project "Large Power Fuel Cell Power Generation System for High-Speed Trains" with CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. The two parties will focus on overcoming the technical challenges related to the adaptability of large-power fuel cell systems in the complex operating environments of high-speed trains, promote the innovative application of hydrogen energy technology in the rail transit sector, and inject "hydrogen" power into the clean development of China's rail transit.
In the hydrogen energy equipment themed exhibition area, Guohong Hydrogen Energy displayed its core fuel cell products and key parts for the rail transit sector, comprehensively presenting the achievements in hydrogen energy equipment R&D and innovation. In recent years, Guohong Hydrogen Energy has actively pursued the "Dual Carbon" goals, promoting the hydrogen-based transition of rail transit vehicles. It has launched core products for rail transit scenarios such as the Hongrui A110 and Q240, and participated in numerous new energy demonstration projects including hydrogen-powered cultural tourism trams and hydrogen-powered intelligent intercity trains, providing diverse clean energy solutions for transportation.
Guohong Hydrogen Energy stated that it will closely align with the China CRRC system, continuously deepen collaborative innovation within the industry chain, and, through vertical integration and synergistic development, build a resilient and vibrant industrial ecosystem. It will work hand-in-hand with all parties to write a new chapter of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation for the rail transit equipment, clean energy equipment, and hydrogen energy industry chains.
