This PC contract project, located in Diaobingshan City, Tieling, Liaoning Province, is a key component of the Liaoning Huadian Diaobingshan 450,000 kW Wind Power Hydrogen Production Coupling Green Methanol Integrated Demonstration Project. Step-up substation and energy storage system (ESS);
Power transmission lines and step-down substations (lines from the wind farm to the hydrogen-methanol plant, 220 kV hydrogen-methanol step-down substation);
Grid connection system (66/10 kV backup power line from the grid tie-line to the chemical plant side, 220 kV tie-line from the hydrogen production step-down substation to the Diaobingshan substation).
(2) Hydrogen-Methanol Section
Water electrolysis hydrogen production and hydrogen filling area;
Carbon dioxide compression, purification, and storage (including pipeline supporting works from the plant area of Guotou Bioenergy (Tieling) Co., Ltd. to the carbon dioxide purification unit);
100,000 t/a methanol synthesis and distillation system;
Supporting facilities such as a comprehensive building, central laboratory, central control room, hydrogen storage loading/unloading, and utilities for water, electricity, and gas.
