Factory operating rates are currently maintained at around 70-80%, with raw material lead primarily being used to digest inventories. Manufacturers in Zhejiang reported sluggish demand in the automotive battery market, particularly for exports. Affected by tariffs and the SHFE/LME price ratio, battery export orders in September declined significantly. Current factory operating rates are approximately 50%.
