To avoid inventory accumulation, current factory operating rates are around 80%, and raw material lead is used as needed. Manufacturers in Zhejiang region indicated that end-use consumption of electric batteries was mediocre. The implementation of new national standards for e-bikes in September brought some additional demand, but the suspension of the national trade-in subsidy resulted in a net-zero change in consumption. Factory operating rates are currently maintained at 70-80%.
