The average operating rate of primary lead smelters in three provinces this week (September 5, 2025 - September 11, 2025) was 66.68%, increasing slightly by 0.07 percentage points WoW. This week, smelters in Henan and Yunnan maintained stable production, while a small-scale smelter in Hunan experienced marginal fluctuations in output. Another smelter in Yunnan, originally scheduled to start operation in late August, postponed its production plan to the end of September. In addition to the three provinces mentioned above, a smelter in north China has not yet resumed operations after entering routine maintenance, while a smelter in east China is expected to undergo shutdown maintenance in Q4 and increased production slightly in September to ensure partial long-term contract supply.
