The high-grade NPI market sentiment factor was 2.46, down 0.01 MoM. Supply side, cost line remains firm coupled with peak season expectations, upstream enterprises still have some willingness to refuse to budge on prices. Demand side, recent downstream enterprises' purchase willingness continues to be sluggish, with almost no fixed-price transactions in the market. Mainstream downstream enterprises' purchase prices may be slightly lowered. Overall, high-grade NPI prices remain stable, with increasing upward pressure.
