The transaction was successfully concluded, with the final transaction price reaching around 31,000 yuan/mt, exceeding market expectations. Many market participants indicated that the cadmium market is gradually emerging from the off-season, with end-use demand showing relative improvement. Consequently, recent market transactions have demonstrated an upward price trend, and the end-use market has exhibited increased buying interest. The intermediate trade market has become even more active. Some market participants suggested that the favorable price achieved in this tender for 66 mt of cadmium ingots by the manufacturer may be related to recent market dynamics in regions such as Henan.
