Downstream enterprises showed moderate inquiry willingness and adopted a selective purchasing approach, with limited improvement in secondary refined lead transaction activity. The procurement sentiment for secondary refined lead stood at 0.64 today, while the sales sentiment registered 0.98 (historical data available in the database).
