Recently, the shortlisted candidates for the design and equipment procurement (second round) of a 300,000 mt/year biomass liquid fuel project's 15,000 Nm³/h methanol-to-hydrogen unit were announced.
According to the announcement, Sichuan Huanneng KeChuang Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. was the first shortlisted candidate with a bid price of 30.56995 million yuan;
Sichuan Yaxi Technology Co., Ltd. was the second shortlisted candidate with a bid price of 31.2 million yuan.
As per the tender announcement, the 300,000 mt/year biomass liquid fuel project by Guangxi Free Trade Zone Chuangui Lingang New Energy Co., Ltd. has an investment of approximately 840 million yuan and covers about 130 mu. The project uses waste animal and plant oils as raw materials, including gutter oil, swill oil, acidified oil, and fatty acids, employing a two-stage hydrogenation process to produce biodiesel (HVO) and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). The project is located on the west side of Nan Gang Avenue, Qinzhou Port, and south of the Qinzhou Port railway traction station.
Scope of the tender:
1. Design (excluding civil foundation): Design, on-site installation guidance, technical services, personnel training, trial run support, and performance evaluation for a 15,000 Nm³/h methanol cracking to hydrogen unit.
2. Equipment procurement: Includes one set of 15,000 Nm³/h methanol cracking to hydrogen unit, along with non-standard/standard process equipment, instruments (including programmable valves), catalysts, adsorbents, and spare parts supply (including spares).
Scheduled delivery dates: 1. Design period: Detailed design results to be submitted within 12 weeks from the effective date of the contract. 2. Design service period: From the effective date of the contract until the completion and acceptance of the project. 3. Equipment delivery period: Within 8 months from the effective date of the contract.
Warranty period: 12 months after intermediate handover acceptance or 18 months from the date of equipment unpacking and acceptance.
This project does not accept bids from agents or consortia.
