Overnight, LME lead opened at $1988/mt, touched a high of $1995.5/mt during the Asian session before consolidating, and then entered the European session where it oscillated under pressure at $1990/mt, falling to a low of $1982.5/mt, and finally closed at $1985.5/mt, down $1.5/mt, with a decline of 0.08%.
Overnight, the most-traded SHFE lead 2510 contract opened at 16885 yuan/mt, initially dipped to 16865 yuan/mt, then rose to a high of 16910 yuan/mt, and subsequently fluctuated around the daily average, closing at 16875 yuan/mt, down 40 yuan/mt, with a decline of 0.24%.
