On August 20, the Comprehensive Department of the National Energy Administration issued a notice on publicizing the fifth batch of major technological equipment in the energy sector that is the first of its kind (set). The publicized list includes 82 items of technological equipment, among which multiple hydrogen energy technologies were selected.
According to the publicized list, the selected hydrogen energy-related projects include a megawatt (MW)-scale proton exchange membrane water electrolysis hydrogen production integrated test platform, a megawatt (MW)-scale proton exchange membrane water electrolysis hydrogen production integrated test platform, a green electricity hydrogen production coupled with coal chemical integration energy management and control system, a megawatt (MW)-scale PEM electrolyzer stack with wide power fluctuation adaptability directly coupled with renewable energy, a large power flexible off-grid PV dynamic electrolysis hydrogen production system, a hundred kg-scale vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen system, and a 90 MPa liquid-driven hydrogen compressor complete set of equipment.

Notice of the Comprehensive Department of the National Energy Administration on Publicizing the Fifth Batch of Major Technological Equipment in the Energy Sector That Is the First of Its Kind (Set)
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Promoting the Demonstration and Application of Major Technological Equipment in the Energy Sector That Is the First of Its Kind (Set)" (Guo Neng Fa Ke Ji [2018] No. 49) and the "Measures for the Evaluation and Assessment of Major Technological Equipment in the Energy Sector That Is the First of Its Kind (Set)" (Guo Neng Fa Ke Ji [2022] No. 81), and after organizing expert review and verification, it is proposed to include 82 items of technological equipment, such as the "converter valve based on independently controllable IGCT devices," in the list of the fifth batch of major technological equipment in the energy sector that is the first of its kind (set) (see the attachment for details). The list is now publicly announced.
During the public announcement period, any unit or individual may submit a written objection to the publicized content. The objection materials shall indicate the real name and contact information, and the unit or individual raising the objection shall be responsible for the authenticity and reliability of the objection materials. Objections that are anonymous, lack specific factual basis, or involve improper demands for personal interests will not be accepted.
