Manufacturers in Jiangsu region noted that the e-bike lead-acid battery market has entered its traditional peak season, and with the new national standard for complete vehicles about to be implemented, orders for vehicle assemblies are improving. Currently, the operating rate of factories exceeds 90%, and raw material lead is purchased as needed. Producers in Jiangxi region stated that the demand for replacement e-bike batteries is weak, and dealers are cautious in purchasing. To avoid an accumulation of battery inventory, the current operating rate of factories is between 70-80%, and raw material lead is mainly procured through long-term contracts.
