II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
- 2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or credit information sharing platforms at various levels.
- 3. The registrant accepts the project's payment terms (payment after account settlement, cash transfer).
- 4. When using road transportation, the registrant must use NEVs or vehicles meeting China VI vehicle emission standards for all transport vehicles.
III. Registration Method
