On August 15, the candidates for the winning bid of the Green Hydrogen Zero-Carbon Living Circle Research and Demonstration Project (Second Time) were announced.
According to the announcement, the first candidate is a consortium of Kunming University of Science and Technology and Yunnan Jiamuyan Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 8.9992 million yuan.
The second candidate is Chongqing University, with a bid price of 1499.608246 yuan.
The third candidate is China Three Gorges University, with a bid price of 1173.746268 yuan.
According to the tender announcement, the Green Hydrogen Zero-Carbon Living Circle Research and Demonstration Project is based on the Lijiang Jinshan Green Hydrogen Zero-Carbon Smart Factory, aiming to expand the application scenarios of hydrogen energy. By developing a green hydrogen-based zero-carbon living circle, it aims to: develop a green hydrogen-based zero-carbon digital smart cultural tourism town, creating a "Hydrogen + Cultural Tourism" park; conduct research on hydrogen energy combined heat and power supply, hydrogen blending in natural gas pipelines, construction models for zero-carbon parks, and carbon emission accounting models, ultimately to open up the hydrogen energy market, serve local economic development, and accumulate experience for the Three Gorges Group in developing a "Cultural Tourism + Hydrogen Energy" model.
Based on the green hydrogen zero-carbon living demonstration circle, this project plans to procure necessary scientific research equipment and services, specifically including the following:
(1) Establish a scientific research service platform for a hydrogen energy smart town. By introducing cloud services, big data models, and digital twins, a visual interactive platform with data processing capabilities will be built to provide computing support for project research data processing. Data will be connected to the green hydrogen project exhibition hall, and a high-precision economic hydrogen storage sensing and analysis system will be developed.
(2) Intelligent residential hydrogen energy combined heat and power system. Develop a combined heat and power system coupled with hydrogen fuel cells, investigate the impact of subsystem capacity configuration and operation strategies on system efficiency and carbon emissions, and develop an AI algorithm-based optimization matching technology for electricity and heat loads, forming a technical system and demonstration for intelligent residential areas using green hydrogen for combined heat and power.
(3) Study on hydrogen blending in natural gas pipelines. Investigate the combustion characteristics of natural gas-hydrogen mixtures, develop a natural gas combustion mechanism model under different hydrogen blending ratios, reveal the impact mechanisms of different hydrogen blending ratios on the safety of natural gas pipelines, and explore hydrogen blending schemes, conducting adaptability studies on natural gas pipeline hydrogen blending in Lijiang.
(4) Research on the construction plan for a zero-carbon emission demonstration area. Build a diversified utilization scenario for intelligent hydrogen energy, explore the full-chain carbon reduction potential, including green hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and efficient use, and taking the green hydrogen zero-carbon demonstration area as an example, develop flexible low-carbon operation strategies, and propose a "zero-carbon park" model.
(5) Explore the temporal characteristics of carbon emissions in hydrogen energy production and application systems, establish a life cycle carbon emission accounting model for zero-carbon emission zones based on green hydrogen, and integrate full-process economic analysis to develop a life cycle carbon-economic-environmental assessment technology, achieving optimal system benefits.
(6) Complete the output of scientific research results.
Planned Service Period: The service period totals 12 months, with the project start date subject to the contract signing date.
