The project is located in Dengkou Industrial Park, Dengkou County, Bayannur City, Bayannur City. The project unit is Dengkou Shanyao Hydrogen Energy New Energy Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 1,141,833,900 yuan.
This project covers an area of 229.96 mu. The facilities of this project are divided into four major functional zones according to production categories: the production equipment zone, the public works auxiliary production zone, the office area in front of the factory, and the storage and transportation zone. Roads are used to separate these functional zones. The main passage width between equipment is 30-40 meters, and the secondary passage width is 20-30 meters. The production equipment zone has a construction scale of a 44,000 Nm³/h electrolytic water hydrogen production plant and corresponding purification equipment, as well as a hydrogen production workshop. The public works auxiliary production zone includes supporting infrastructure such as an air compression and nitrogen production station, a laboratory, a refrigeration station, and a step-down station. The storage and transportation zone will construct eight 2,000 m³ spherical tanks, with an annual hydrogen production scale of 224.488 million Nm³/year.
