II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
- 2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest debtor on the "Credit China" website by the Supreme People's Court.
- 3. The registrant shall accept the payment method of the bid inviter.
- 4. The registrant shall have the capability to ensure supply in response to the tender project.
