Wisinfo announced that the company had won the bid for the second batch of framework concentrated procurement project of China Southern Power Grid Digital Grid Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. in 2025, with a bid amount of 58.644 million yuan; won the bid for the competitive negotiation procurement project of non-power grid sporadic materials framework of State Grid Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. in 2025, with a bid amount of 34.5391 million yuan; and won the bid for the first open tender procurement project of distribution network materials agreement inventory of State Grid Henan Electric Power Co., Ltd. in 2025, with a bid amount of 16.4482 million yuan. The total bid amount for the above projects was 110 million yuan, accounting for 3.99% of the company's total audited operating revenue in 2024. The winning of these projects will not affect the company's business independence, and the performance of the contracts is expected to have a positive impact on the company's performance.
