2. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
- 2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest debtor by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level.
- 3. The bidder shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.
- 4. The bidder shall use automobile transportation, and all vehicles used for transportation shall be NEVs or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.
- 5. This procurement accepts producers.
3. Registration Method
