On July 28, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Public Participation Measures for Environmental Impact Assessment, the first public disclosure of environmental impact assessment information for the Hebei Luquan Hydrogen Energy Pipeline Project is now being conducted to solicit public opinions and suggestions on the environmental impact assessment of this project.
I. Project Overview
Project Name: Hebei Luquan Hydrogen Energy Pipeline Project
Geographical Location: The pipeline is located in Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.
Nature of Construction: New Construction
Project Overview: The Hebei Luquan Hydrogen Energy Pipeline Project consists of the Luquan Hydrogen Energy Real-Flow Verification Platform and the Luquan Hydrogen Energy Distribution Pipeline.
(1) The Luquan Hydrogen Energy Real-Flow Verification Platform is composed of the Shijing Initial Station, the hydrogen energy real-flow verification pipeline section, and the Bailuquan Pigging Station. The total length of the pipeline is 12.3 km, with a design pressure of 6.3 MPa and a pipe diameter of 610 mm.
(2) The total length of the Luquan Hydrogen Energy Distribution Pipeline is 39.2 km, including one main pipeline and two branch pipelines.
The main pipeline starts from the Bailuquan Pigging Station (Bailuquan Gate Station) and ends at the terminal station of Puxing Electronics Second Factory, with a total length of 33.0 km, a design pressure of 3.9 MPa, and a pipe diameter of DN150. It is equipped with 2 storage and distribution stations and 2 inline valve chambers.
The branch pipeline to Puxing First Factory starts from the Huolu Storage and Distribution Station and ends at the gas connection point of Puxing Electronics First Factory, with a pipeline length of 4.5 km, a design pressure of 1.6 MPa, and a pipe diameter of DN80.
The branch pipeline to Puxing Second Factory starts from the storage and distribution station of Puxing Second Factory and ends at the gas connection point of Puxing Electronics Second Factory, with a pipeline length of 1.7 km, a design pressure of 1.6 MPa, and a pipe diameter of DN80.
