II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China; the registrant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.
- 2. The registrant shall not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or credit information sharing platforms at various levels.
- 3. The registrant may register for individual items of the procurement content and specify the specific material codes and names.
- 4. The registrant shall, in principle, be a producer. Non-producers must upload the authorization letter from the producer, the authorization period, the resource tax payment certificate of the mining enterprise, and the contact information of the producer.
- 5. If the registrant uses automobile transportation at the headquarters of JISCO, all vehicles used for transportation shall be NEVs or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.
III. Registration Method
- Suppliers must respond to the advance notice within the specified time frame and log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers need to complete the registration first, then click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
