2. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China (upload the business license).
- 2. The registrant shall possess a valid ISO9000-series quality management system certification (upload the quality management system certification).
- 3. The registrant shall not be listed as a dishonest debtor by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (upload the Credit China report).
- 4. The registrant shall accept the payment method of the bid inviter (bank acceptance/commercial acceptance) (upload an explanation letter).
- 5. The registrant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project (upload an explanation letter).
3. Registration Method
