Yunnan Energy Investment announced that the company had received the bid-winning notice from the Development and Reform Bureau of Malong District, Qujing City, and obtained the development rights for the Sejia PV Power Generation Project in Malong District. The project is located in Sejia Village, Wangjiazhuang Town, Malong District, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, with an installed capacity of 20MW. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Malong Yunnan Energy Investment New Energy Development Co., Ltd., has already invested in and constructed the Zhuyuan PV Project, which was registered with the Development and Reform Bureau of Malong District, Qujing City, with a scale of 50,000 kW. The project achieved full-capacity grid connection and power generation on April 30, 2025. The implementation of the project is expected to have no significant impact on the company's financial condition and operating results for the current year.
