Recently, Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement for the first batch (services) of the Lishu Wind and Solar Power to Green Hydrogen and Biomass Coupled Green Methanol Project.
According to the tender announcement, the Lishu Wind and Solar Power to Green Hydrogen and Biomass Coupled Green Methanol Project of Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. is located within the Chemical Industry Park of the Siping New-type Industrialization Economic Development Zone in Lishu County, Siping City, Jilin Province, with Jiyuan (Siping) Green Energy Co., Ltd. as the project owner.
Construction scale: The hydrogen production scale is 9,750 mt/year (24 sets of 1000Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers, 2 sets of 2000Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers, and 8 sets of 500Nm³/h PEM electrolyzers), and the methanol synthesis scale is 197,200 mt/year.
Overall project schedule: Construction is scheduled to commence in August 2025, with a planned construction period of 24 months. The actual commencement date will be subject to the notification of the bid inviter.
According to the scope of the tender, the supervision scope of this project includes all construction work within the scope of the chemical engineering part of the Lishu Wind and Solar Power to Green Hydrogen and Biomass Coupled Green Methanol Project, encompassing supervision services for the entire process of various stages, including construction preparation, civil engineering construction, installation construction, commissioning, trial run with feedstock, three inspections and four confirmations, project handover, standard operation and excellence creation, supervision summary, project document archiving and management, supervision document archiving and handover, completion acceptance, and zero-defect handover.
