According to the announcement, Minxi Xinghang State-owned Assets Investment and Management Co., Ltd. approved on May 26, 2025, the capital increase and share expansion plan of Fuda Zijin Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd.
Proposed total capital to be raised: The base price for the capital increase is no less than 39.9896 million yuan and no more than 59.9844 million yuan. All the raised capital is intended to be used to supplement the company's working capital.
Consortium participation in this capital increase is not accepted.
