According to a report on the BNAmericas website, NGEx Minerals Ltd. announced the supplementary drilling results for its Lunahuasi copper-gold-silver project in San Juan Province, Argentina.
The main ore intersections are as follows:
◎ Hole DPDH036 intersected 57.00 meters of ore at a depth of 467.00 meters, with a copper equivalent grade of 2.23%; 10.10 meters of ore at a depth of 671.00 meters, with a grade of 5.84%; and 77.10 meters of ore at a depth of 788.90 meters, with a grade of 1.94%.
◎ Hole DPDH037 intersected 17.10 meters of ore at a depth of 521.40 meters, with a grade of 5.80%, including 3 meters of ore at a depth of 521.40 meters, with a grade of 15.30%; and 87.80 meters of ore at a depth of 731.50 meters, with a grade of 2.75%.
◎ Hole DPDH038 intersected 42.40 meters of ore at a depth of 146.00 meters, with a grade of 6.14%, including 16.35 meters of ore at a depth of 166.90 meters, with a grade of 12.97%; 29.10 meters of ore at a depth of 552.90 meters, with a grade of 4.79%; and 6.60 meters of ore at a depth of 620.00 meters, with a grade of 11.87%.
◎ Hole DPDH039 intersected 108.35 meters of ore at a depth of 499.00 meters, with a grade of 2.73%, including 10.65 meters of ore at a depth of 596.70 meters, with a grade of 6.22%; and 400.40 meters of ore at a depth of 736.90 meters, with a grade of 1.72%, including 13.00 meters of ore at a depth of 842 meters, with a grade of 9.96%.
The company believes that the latest drilling results continue to highlight the scale and grade of the Lunahuasi copper deposit, providing a geological context and clues for establishing a geological model. As of now, the drilling has not fully controlled the orebody boundaries, and the recent drilling results have extended the orebody to the north.
