Currently, the factory was producing based on sales, with the operating rate of the production line hovering around 60%. Raw material lead was mainly purchased through long-term contracts. Manufacturers in Guangdong reported that domestic demand in the automotive battery market was sluggish, coupled with export obstacles. To avoid the accumulation of finished product inventories, the current operating rate of the factory was below 70%, and raw material lead was purchased as needed.
