This week (May 17, 2025 - May 23, 2025), the operating rate of primary lead in the three provinces rose slightly by 0.4 percentage points WoW to 67.75%.
This week, there were no significant changes in the production of primary lead in Henan and Yunnan, while the production of smelters in Hunan increased slightly. Outside the sample of the three provinces, a smelter in central China slightly increased its production, a smelter in Guangxi resumed production this week, a smelter in east China underwent routine maintenance but the production of primary lead did not decrease, and a smelter in north China is scheduled to undergo routine maintenance in early June and is expected to resume production in early July.
