II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. Applicants must be independent legal entities or other organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China. For overseas applicants and those from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, a registration certificate from their place of incorporation is required.
- 2. Applicants shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.
- 3. Applicants shall not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.
- 4. Applicants shall possess the transportation capacity for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI emission standards or above.
- 5. This procurement accepts producers.
III. Registration Method
- Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame and log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration process. After registration, click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
