The first-ranked successful candidate was Yingli Energy Development Co., Ltd., with a bid price of RMB 17.302096 million and a unit price of RMB 0.7/W. The second-ranked successful candidate was Chint New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid price of RMB 17.37624784 million and a unit price of RMB 0.703/W.
The tender announcement indicated that the project would use 585Wp monocrystalline silicon N-type bifacial double-glass modules, with a rated capacity of 20.16MW and an installed capacity of 24.71728MWp. The power was 585Wp, and the size of the solar cells was 182*182mm.
