Promote the construction of hydrogen energy production sites in Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Dingzhou, and Xinji, accelerate the implementation of key projects such as the green transformation and development of Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical, hydrogen engine air compressors, and core components of hydrogen fuel cells, actively deploy hydrogen refueling stations and hydrogen energy demonstration application scenarios, and promote the widespread application of hydrogen energy.
