On February 18, the shortlisted results for the first batch of module framework procurement tenders for the 2025 Shaanxi distributed PV project were announced. This project is divided into two sections. The winning companies for Section 1 are TrinaSolar Co., Ltd., LONGi Solar Technology Co., Ltd., and Jinko Solar Co., Ltd.; the winning companies for Section 2 are TrinaSolar Co., Ltd., LONGi Solar Technology Co., Ltd., Risen Energy Co., Ltd., and JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd.
Based on the recent plans of Xi'an Yellow River PV Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated entities to invest in and construct PV power generation projects, and considering the backup capacity to ensure delivery schedules, the framework tender capacity for this round is planned to be 710.021 MW. Section 1: Shaanxi rooftop distributed PV power generation project (third batch of 2024) EPC general contracting 210.021 MW module framework procurement; Section 2: Shaanxi rooftop distributed PV residential and commercial & industrial projects 500 MW module framework procurement.
