It mainly involves the construction of a production line for recycling LFP black mass. The Phase I project, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 mt of battery-grade lithium carbonate, has a total investment of 514.98 million yuan. The project uses lithium sulphate solution, crude lithium carbonate, and industrial-grade LFP powder as raw materials, focusing on the production of battery-grade lithium carbonate.

The project will be constructed in three phases, producing battery-grade lithium carbonate, industrial-grade sodium sulphate (used in glass manufacturing, detergents, and papermaking), and sulphuric acid from sulphur. The annual production line of 40,000 mt of lithium carbonate is expected to be completed by the end of this year, with the full completion of the 140,000 mt annual production line by 2027.
【60,000 mt LiFSI Project Settled in Changzhou】On February 12, the Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment accepted the environmental impact assessment report of Jiangsu Blue Planet Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. for its new projects, including an annual production of 20,000 mt of high-energy storage lithium battery materials, 10,000 mt of semiconductor cleaning agent electronic materials, and 60,000 mt of lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (LiFSI) materials for lithium batteries, and made it public.
【Sichuan 10,000 mt Scrap Power Battery Project Settled】Recently, the Management Committee of Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone proposed to approve the environmental impact assessment report of the "Sichuan Ya'an Renewable Energy Storage and Scrap Power Battery Recycling and Comprehensive Processing Project." The project includes new module disassembly lines, cascade PACK assembly lines, and related equipment, achieving an annual processing capacity of 10,000 mt of scrap power batteries (disassembling 20,000 battery packs and assembling 12,000 battery packs annually).

The project mainly involves the construction of workshops for disassembly, assembly, crushing and sorting, leaching, extraction, and crystallization, as well as warehouses, offices, and auxiliary facilities. It also includes the procurement of various related equipment and pollution control facilities.
【Shandong's First Large-Scale Battery Recycling Project Settled】Recently, the comprehensive recycling project for retired power batteries from new energy vehicles, with an annual processing capacity of 40,000 mt, invested by Linyi Zhongtai Times New Materials Co., Ltd., was officially settled. This project fills the gap in large-scale recycling of retired power lithium batteries in Shandong Province. It is reported that this is the first large-scale enterprise in Shandong Province to recycle retired power lithium batteries. The total investment is 610 million yuan, covering an area of 170 mu. Phase I plans to build six dry-process production lines and one cascade utilization line. After commissioning, it will achieve an annual processing capacity of 40,000 mt of lithium batteries.
