[SMM Survey] SMM January Independent Pellet Plant Operating Rate Slightly Declined, May Continue to Decrease in February

According to the SMM survey, in January 2025, the operating rate of 33 sampled independent pellet plants in China was 55.36%, down 2.3 percentage points MoM from December. Among them, the operating rates in Anhui and Liaoning slightly increased, while those in Jilin, Hebei, and other regions declined.
