In December 2024, China imported a total of 526,200 mt of sheets & plates, up 33.62% MoM and down 5.58% YoY. For the whole year of 2024, China imported a total of 5.6962 million mt of sheets & plates, down 12.60% YoY.
In December, China exported a total of 5.9979 million mt of sheets & plates, down 0.02% MoM and up 13.94% YoY. For the whole year of 2024, China exported a total of 74.845 million mt of sheets & plates, up 24.10% YoY.
