Beijing (Gasgoo)- On July 2, Chinese automaker SERES Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Auto Talents Committee of China Talents Society. The partnership aims to promote the integration and development of high-end automotive talent strategies, supporting the intelligent connected new energy vehicle industry's high-quality growth.
According to the agreement, SERES Group and the Auto Talents Committee will establish a collaborative research mechanism to track technological trends and an information exchange system to regularly share key industry talent needs. This initiative aims to foster the development of critical talent, create a talent resource platform, and enhance core competitiveness. Both parties will leverage their resources to invest in technological R&D projects as part of the strategic planning for intelligent connected new energy vehicles, promoting the application and implementation of these projects in new product development and marketing.
Additionally, a donation and award ceremony was held between the Beijing China Automobile Culture Foundation and SERES Group. Following an initial donation at the foundation’s inception, SERES Group announced an additional 2-million-yuan donation to further support the long-term development of the foundation and contribute to the growth of automotive culture.
